Bishi and Elektra’s Blanket Statement

"This is the time of year we go walking with Daddy when he watches for exotic birds in the park.

I (Bishi) am very quiet and do not disturb birds. I am too busy with all the fascinating smells anyway.

Wiki (Elektra) likes to bark at birds. She even barks at them when they are really high in the sky and they can’t even hear her. Well, she just really likes to bark.

Daddy likes walking with groups of people and seeing what kinds of birds are stopping here on their way to other places to build nests.

We would be more interested in birds if we could get close and smell them and possibly share what they are eating. But they are too high and too fast.

We wish the birds safe travels and we hope they can let Daddy and other people who love birds get a good look at them when they visit."

See you all in class.
