Goodbye Dear Old Studio!

The studio is sold!

Thank you to Catherine, my friend and my fearless real estate agent!

Thank you to Ken and Krista and all the folks across the street at Trinidad Beer, Liquor & Wine Depot for being the best neighbors ever!!!!

Thank you to my Tim for all the hours of cleaning and painting and tuck-pointing that you helped with to get the building in shape to be a studio almost 7 years ago!! You are truly the best!

Thank you to all of you students who infused the building with your hard work and lovely nature. We can still feel the beautiful stillness in the space.

And thank you to Jacki, Terry, Amy, Blaine, Crystal and Robin.

You teach me every day.

What's Next?!

We bring it on over to the Community Center where it all began in January 2008!

As our practices evolve and our teaching evolves we are reaching out in the community and serving groups that could benefit from these powerful practices that have changed our lives.

We’ll keep you posted!

We will have our next philosophy discussion next Saturday, March 18th!

Topic and Venue To Be Determined

Great conversation and lots of coffee involved.

Bishi and Elektra’s Blanket Statement

Well we both helped Momma and Dad move out of the old studio building! Momma said the building will become something new and exciting. We really enjoyed watching pedestrians go by and barking at them from the comfort of the reception room. We really really enjoyed barking at bicycles and skateboarders.

We are continuing our yoga practices at home with mostly sleeping pose and begging pose, but we also must keep up our excellent downward dog poses because we are often called upon to teach this in class.

We’ll be ready to help you when next we see you in class!!

See you all in class!
